I contacted Broadview Windows, as well as several other window companies, to get an estimate on having 13 vinyl windows installed. The sales representative (Ed) that came to my home was prompt, courteous and very informative. I hadn’t decided on the “brand” of the window to install, but after hearing Ed’s presentation and doing a lot of research online, I was convinced that Gorell Windows was the brand I wanted to install. Ed gave me a detailed quote which was extremely reasonable. I counter-offered and Ed accepted my price. The measurer came out almost immediately and my windows were ordered. I was told my custom-made windows would take 6-8 weeks. After a few weeks, I was contacted by Ed and was told my windows had arrived! The installers were AWESOME!!! I can’t say enough good things about them! They went above and BEYOND and were extremely friendly. They took down window blinds that were difficult for me to do, took out my window air conditioners and re-installed them and did an excellent job cleaning up. They even showed up earlier than expected… how many times can you say that about a company sending people to do work in your home??? I would welcome this group anytime to do work in my home… If I could give this company an A+, I would. Thank you, Broadview Windows (Ed, Rick, Mike, and group) for making this whole experience stress-free! I will be contacting you next year to do the remaining windows in my home. The lead installer (Rick) came out and measured and within two weeks our new windows were in and we couldn’t be happier. It is much quieter now, the new windows look great and operate perfectly. In a year or so when we decide to replace our siding, I will be giving Ed a call.

They were quick and worked with us on our budget. Overall they did a very nice job. One of the guys even came out and hand cut a few of the stops that were uneven with the other stops on the windows. I do wish I would have been around to see them install the windows so I could have asked questions while they were here but the room looks great and the windows are 100 times better than the windows we had.

Broadview Windows replaced windows in my home. They did everything that they said they would do and they did it on time. They did a quality job, their pricing was competitive, and the workmanship was great. They used factory installers trained installers to do the work. I would use them again.

I used Broadview Windows in November. I had twelve windows replaced and most of them were of the same size. I looked around Angie’s list and found many companies. I also had many companies come. I chose them because I liked what they had to say and how they presented themselves and was able to give natural details of the price.

I didn’t feel they were a hard seller at all. It was an instinctual thing. They were really helpful. I really like them and I would use them in future.
